I hope its not too late with my reply but I hope I have provided you some help. Anyway, you were asking how far is Likas Hospital to Queen Elizabeth Hospital (commonly referred as QEH), well.. if you drive it might take you 15-45 minutes to arrive depending on the traffic jam. Looking for a place to stay? There is a place called Kepayan Ridge near QEH where people renting out some flats to those who are interested. My husband used to stay there many years ago. You might want to ask people around there. If you are looking for hotel near QEH, I can think of Holiday Inn Hotel, Likas Square Kota Kinabalu Hill, Renaissance Kota Kinabalu Hill, Beverly/Karamunsing Hotel, Berjaya Palace Hotel. School? Most of the schools are govern by the government policy. You can check their website if there is any. I think most of them have. Have a look at them, most of it are located along old Likas Road or near QEH: Sacred Heart Primary School All Saints Secondary School St Agnes Secondary School Lok Yuk Secondary School Shan Tao Secondary School Or you might want to consider teaching some other places since most of the schools are under government, like teaching in a private sector such Kinabalu Commercial College, Inti College Sabah and Stamford College Sabah which are not located at the perimeter you are looking at because its heading to Kota Kinabalu (commonly referred as KK) town area but it’s about 10-20 minutes away drive by car from QEH. International schools are also available around Likas. I can’t remember the name but I know it starts with Kurnia something something…. Place to stay and school around Likas Hospital..? well I am not too sure. I would say there isn’t much development can be seen around Likas Hospital as in KK. But I notice there are some houses for rent along the road just before the turning to Likas Hospital. Well I hope I have given you much of a help. Do let me know if you have found any by the way.
