Day 1
7:00 am : Meet your mountain guide at Kinabalu Park HQ
7:30 am : Set off and up Mt. Kinabalu
2:00 pm : Arrive at Laban Rata for late lunch
3:00 pm : Check into Pendant Hut & meet your Mountaintorq trainer
3:30 pm : Via ferrata familiarization
6:00 pm : Dinner at Laban Rata Restaurant
Day 2
3:30 am : Wake up for breakfast and pack up
4:30 am : Gear up and depart Pendant Hut and on to the main Summit Trail
5:00 am : The Preamble - World’s highest via ferrata
10:00 am : Arrive and check out of Pendant Hut
11:00 am : Decent to Kinabalu Park HQ for transport pick up
4:00 pm : Transport pick up to KK town / next destination
